Lidová žižkovská univerzita (LŽU) pořádá přednášku politického ekologa a aktivisty Dimitriose Roussopoulose.

Přednáška bude v angličtině. / The lecture will be in English.

Cities today are more and more at the forefront of the environmental and social crisis. They represent both one of the major cause of the aggravation of these crisis, but also a potential solution to them. There are important space for social struggles. Roussopoulos, who build on Murray Bookchin´s social ekology, will speak about radical urbanism and practical experiences from these urban social movements.
The lecture will be free but we welcome donations to cover travel costs.
Dimitrios Roussopoulos is a political activist, writer, editor, publisher, community organizer, and public speaker and founder Black Rose Books.
